Listening to both opening statements from the Prosecutor & the Defense Lawyers, I feel the Prosecutor was locked in on pleading his case. He stated key points & left out points that he didn't want the jury to know. On the other hand, the Defense Lawyer wasn't locked in on defending his client he seemed to be in more favor of the Prosecutor. He didn't push any of Mr. Wallace rights the cop violated & as the Prosecutor stated it was a dangerous area so why didn't the Defense counter that with, why was the officer there without reason plus by himself at the time of the incident. In my opinion Mr. Wallace lawyer should've been fired at the end of his opening statement, how bad the lawyer starts is how bad they end it! ✌🏾❤️
