App not working to login

Hello to you all. Since downloading Mechee X last month it doesn't work when logging into app. I can only watch using a browser. I uninstalled app twice then re installed I'm still not able to login. Anyone know how to contact support for help?

Hi I'm a new subscriber. I love Mechee X and support her on Youtube for years. The new app for her site isn't letting me login. Only can login using a web browser. Much love from NC💯
