The DA dropped the charges for insufficient evidence in a sundown town in a sundown country; 73% Euro-Caucasian and 7.14% Black Americans.  Felita's family have some broken hearts, minds, body & souls.  I'm so sorry for their pain.

He was a baby and no aide was rendered to him for 10 minutes.  They took him out with a Rifle and RS scared screaming for him put his hands by his side (he was executed).  They waited for more shields and rifles, they're scared of us.   

The RS formed a line to walk up on this Black child.  While he was already gone from their blast to his back, they handcuffed him.  He had NO gun!  His family must be in sheer agony and I'm so sorry for their pain to endure for years to come.
